STEP 1: FIND THE RIGHT ROUTE

BCTA offers 4 fixed routes in Beaver County. These are:

Route 1: Chippewa to Ambridge

Chippewa - Beaver Falls - New Brighton - Rochester - Freedom - Conway - Baden - Ambridge

Route 2: Rochester to Ambridge

Rochester - Monaca - Center - Aliquippa - Ambridge

Route 3: Rochester to Beaver Valley Mall

Rochester - Beaver - Brighton - Vanport - Monaca

Route 4: Center Township to Pittsburgh

Center Township - Pittsburgh

Route 5: Ambridge to Pittsburgh

Ambridge - Leetsdale - Edgeworth - Sewickley - Pittsburgh

STEP 2: FIND THE RIGHT TIME TABLE

Each printed schedule has four timetables. To find the right one for you, look at these three sections in their titles.

Route Number

Each schedule only has the timetables for that specific route. Using the last step will make sure this is correct.

Route Direction

Each of our routes have a start and end point. To find the correct direction, make sure the direction you are going matches the one listed here.

Schedule Type

BCTA operates on a reduced schedule on Saturdays and Holidays. In this tab, you will be able to identify which one you are looking for

STEP 3: FIND THE RELEVANT STOPS

Each stop is divided into its own line on the schedules.

The stops are separated by the town name where they are located. When trying to reach your destination by a certain time, you should reference the closest stop and work backwards.

Only timed stops are listed on printed schedules.

To find an estimated time, use the stop before and after your location. Your stop will fall somewhere in the middle. You can also use our real-time bus tracker to find how far the bus is from you.

HELPFUL INFORMATION
