The Beaver County Transit Authority in accordance with the regulations of the US Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 26, hereby announces its overall goal for the Federal Fiscal Years 2026 through 2028 as 1.7% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) on contracts assisted by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) under Section 5307 and 5311 programs as authorized by the Intermodal Surface Transportation Efficiency Act of 1991, as amended. The proposed goal is available for public review at the BCTA Transportation Center at 200 West Washington Street, Rochester, PA 15074.
