If we’ve found it, you’ll get it back! Lost items located by a BCTA staff member are generally held at the Rochester Transportation Center for a period of at least 30 days before disposal. Unfortunately, any items deemed hazardous to the health and/or safety of BCTA staff must be disposed of immediately. To locate your lost item, please have a description of the item ready, and call us at: (724) 728-8600 Or visit us in person at the Rochester Transportation Center Monday through Friday, from 5:00 AM until 5:30 PM, or Saturday, from 10:00am until 2:00pm.

BCTA strives to investigate all complaints within two business days. To help this, all comments and commendations are forwarded to the appropriate staff member for further action as required.
