You can schedule a trip between 2 days and 4 hours before your trip. This can be done in the convenient mobile app or by calling the Customer Service Team.
All trips on the BCTA Connect service are currently free of charge.
Each vehicle is equipped with a wheelchair lift and high roof to improve the accessibility of the service.
The Destination Zone will be a concentrated area along Route 170 in Calcutta, Ohio. This location provides access to employments, medical facilities, grocery stores, fast food, restaurants, recreation, and educational opportunities.
Service will be available Monday - Friday during the hours of 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. If the pilot is successful, service could expand to 12 hours a day from 6:30 am - 6:30 pm, affording even more transit opportunities.
No show and cancellation policies apply to the BCTA Connect Service.
When opening the app after download, select “Get Started”
Enter your phone number to receive a verification text or select “login with password” to enter an email and password instead
Your location will automatically appear within the transit zone. Select “Where to?” to fill out trip information.
Your current address will automatically generate. Please double check that this is the correct address. To find a specific destination, enter the address or name of the destination in this area. You can also select “Set on map” to place a pin location. Your favorite locations will also appear here. These favorites can be added in the main menu.
Set your pickup time by choosing “Depart at:” or “Arrive by:”. For any time-sensitive appointments, we recommend choosing “Arrive by:” We aim to be as close to your requested time as we can, but exact times are not guaranteed due to vehicle availability and other trips.
If you are traveling with others, set the number of additional riders in your party and select “Done”.
