**Note: All travel must start or end in Beaver County. No trips can be provided to other destinations in the out-of-county zone.
When opening the app after download, select “Get Started”
Enter your phone number to receive a verification text or select “login with password” to enter an email and password instead
Your location will automatically appear within the transit zone. Select “Where to?” to fill out trip information.
Your current address will automatically generate. Please double check that this is the correct address. To find a specific destination, enter the address or name of the destination in this area. You can also select “Set on map” to place a pin location. Your favorite locations will also appear here. These favorites can be added in the main menu.
Set your pickup time by choosing “Depart at:” or “Arrive by:”. For any time-sensitive appointments, we recommend choosing “Arrive by:” We aim to be as close to your requested time as we can, but exact times are not guaranteed due to vehicle availability and other trips.
If you are traveling with others, set the number of additional riders in your party and select “Done”.
All fares will be paid when booking in the BCTA Connect app. No cash fares will be accepted on the vehicle. Fares will be dependent on the length of each trip. The following limits will be used to calculate fares:
For example, a rider traveling 9 miles each way will pay a total of $8.00 for a round trip.
All fares are nonrefundable after booking.
FARE DISCOUNTS
Each vehicle is equipped with a wheelchair lift and high roof to improve the accessibility of the BCTA Connect service.
Service will be available Monday - Friday during the hours of 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
