  • Route 3 | November 28, 2025 |On Friday, November 28, 2025, due to Beaver Light Up Night, BCTA will end all Route 3 service at 3:20 PM
  • Route 1 | November 29, 2025 |On Saturday, November 29, 2025, from 5 PM to 7 PM all Route 1 Service will be using 8th Avenue & 9th Avenue in Beaver Falls as alternative stops. These stops will be located at: 8th Ave & 25th St | 8th Ave & 22nd St | 8th Ave & 17th St | 9th Ave & 13th St | 9th Ave & 10th St
  • Holiday Reminder |BCTA will be closed on the following dates for the Holidays: Thanksgiving - Thursday, November 27 | Christmas - Thursday, December 25 | New Year's Day - Thursday, January 1 | Additionally, BCTA will run a Saturday / Holiday Schedule on the following days: Friday, November 28 | Wednesday, December 24 | Wednesday, December 31

Complaints, Commendations, and Service Requests

We hope to provide excellent customer service to our riders. Fill out the form below to file a complaint, commendation, or service request. To help in investigating, please include as much information as you can. BCTA aims to complete the investigation within 24-48 hours.
