Lost and Found

If we’ve found it, you’ll get it back!  Lost items located by a BCTA staff member are generally held at the Rochester Transportation Center for a period of at least 30 days before disposal.  Unfortunately, any items deemed hazardous to the health and/or safety of BCTA staff must be disposed of immediately.

To locate your lost item, please have a description of the item ready, and call us at:

Or visit us in person at the Rochester Transportation Center Monday through Friday, from 5:30am until 7:30pm, or Saturday, from 10:00am until 2:00pm.
