Bus Operators Wanted
The Beaver County Transit Authority (BCTA), which provides bus service throughout Beaver County and to selected destinations in Allegheny County, has an immediate and continuous need for bus operators.
Bus Operators drive the buses of BCTA. They are responsible for:
- Safe, efficient and timely operations
- Keeping schedules
- Excellent customer service
- Orderliness of the bus
- Collecting fares
- Completing required reports
- Comply with ADA laws
These positions require:
- A valid driver license;
- Satisfactory driving record over the last three years
- Ability to pass a background check
- Act 33/34 clearance before commencing employment
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen
A current CDL license and previous experience driving large commercial and passenger vehicles is desirable, but not necessary. We offer a comprehensive training program, challenging and meaningful employment, and a competitive salary and benefits package.
